Lundgren+Lindqvist Celebrates The Wind Park With a Sleek Foldable Poster
Published Apr 15, 2025
The Wind Park is a new public space located in Frihamnen, Gothenburg’s former cargo hub. This lively area celebrates the wind, encouraging guests to discover its power through activities like crafting their own kites or trying out land sailing.
To help celebrate its inauguration, Swedish studio Lundgren+Lindqvist created a sleek and ingenious double-sided poster. Designed as a promotional piece and keepsake for visitors, the poster was printed in bright fluorescent orange and silver tones, reflecting the park’s vibrant light fixtures adorned with recycled buoys. But what’s really special about this poster is its versatility—it can be folded into a paper plane, a boat or even a kite, transforming a throwaway object into something playful and interactive. It’s a simple yet brilliant nod to The Wind Park’s celebration of movement and wind.
